ABOUT US
In 2020, MdS Food Industry had to temporarily halt its business operations due to the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In seeking alternative ways to ensure its survival, MdS Food Industry conceived the idea of utilizing retort technology on its food products.
During the initial production of RTE products, Research and Development (R&D) efforts were undertaken several times by MdS Food Industry to ensure that the products met the required parameters, including the right retort temperature and time. In the early stages of product production, the quantity of products was solely based on orders from customers. Due to the increasing demand, MdS Food Industry began producing its products more professionally, scaling up production and utilizing the latest technology. This led to the creation of MdS Food Industry’s RTE products.
Ready-to-Eat Products
MdS Food Industry was selling a Ready-to-Eat products (RTE). There were 55 Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) products that was produce in MdS Food Industry.
Rental Kitchen
Offer rental cooking facilities for entrepreneurs planning to produce products on a large scale. The rental package includes cooking equipment and utensils.
Retort Service
Provide retort services to entrepreneurs who have their own products. Services include pouch preparation, packaging with expiration date and retort service.
OEM
MdS Food Industry produce food products for entreprenuer that wish to launch their own breand with Halal and MeSTI Certification.
