MELAKA,12 SEPTEMBER 2025 – MDS Food Industry recently organized a training program for its Halal internship students, conducted by Puan Sharifah Rozi, a highly experienced and respected Halal consultant. Through this session, the students were given valuable exposure to the fundamentals of the Halal system, including how it is implemented, monitored, and maintained within the food industry. The training not only enhanced their understanding of Halal compliance requirements but also provided them with practical knowledge on managing Halal assurance systems, documentation, and processes that are crucial in ensuring food safety and Shariah compliance. This hands-on experience served as an important platform for the interns to connect theory with real industry practices, preparing them for future roles in the Halal sector.
